Ride command lighying issues and heater control

Hi ,I'm a new member from newfoundland canada , I've had problems with my ride command staying in dark mode had my dealer update it but it will still switch over to dark mode unless I leave the light switch on the first notch . I've also had problems with my heater ,lots of air from it but mostly cold. The dealer replaced the controller but it's still not much better , also when I have it in heat mode it will switch over to air conditioning on its own for no apparent reason . It's very annoying. Has anyone had any luck fixing this ?

Hello glennsclarke and welcome.
There have been a few similar reports on the ride command issue recently. I just read one that stated theirs also remained dark and their touch screen buttons were flickering.
Unfortunately, I think it will have to be looked at by the dealer.
Your hvac issue is a new one to me. I did read a person's temperature control being changed but I assumed it was fixed.
If your ac is randomly kicking on it should mean the AC button is turned on.
If the ac button is on and the temp controller stops working l could understand the ac kicking on.
If the button is not depressed and ac pump is running you have a serious electrical issue.
Unfortunately, I think your dealer bound.

Welcome to the group, sorry to hear of the HVAC problems. Make the dealer earn their money and make it right.

Welcome to the forum. Unfortunately i haven’t heard anyone having climate control issues besides yourself. The ride command on the other hand has been an ongoing issue for a lot of us.
