Look every thing breaks . Just have read a lot of people having problems with them over heating.
lots of people have had great luck , Only problem I had is wont go forward when cold ..

few people have had tranny over heat . I know that's only a few . Of course dont know how they ride either .
People don’t come here to complain how good they are. If you want one go buy one. They are good.

I wouldn’t be worried about a plow on these. If anything, I regret not buying a Boss V plow for it. I ran the 84” Polaris with hydraulic up/down/tilt all winter, it was great. These machines are pretty heavy, they push snow well.

Yeah I'm looking at the boss V plow . I also seen the western makes one for these machines .The western remotes are separate controller . Its not the one that hooks to shifter .

I have the polaris with full hydraulics and love it. That said, I sure wouldn't mind having that Boss unit. That thing is sweet. I will say this though, the removal and re-attachment of the Polaris plow is the freaking cat's ass. On and off in about 5 seconds and no wrestling with it. No mounts or anything left behind either, the entire unit pops off.

Awesome to here! started out with a kubota that plow was a nightmare to hook up. then went to Can-am and that was easy but would break the winch cable constantly . going fully hydraulic this time around on my 1500.

I also have the Polaris plow and love it. Nothing fancy with mine as I don't need to move the angle that often for what I use it for. I'm also a fan of the Plow Control feature so I don't usually even have to mess with raising or lowing it......it does it for me! Super simple on/off a couple of minutes to do either.
